What can the emission trade promote? What is possible to finance by the emission trade?

Can the emission trade care for electric scooters instead of gasoline scooters? No, this is not possible at 20.-EUR per ton CO2!

Can the emission trade care for electric cars instead of gasoline cars? No, this is not possible at 20.-EUR per ton CO2!

But maybe You are the owner of an old long time written off lignit power plant, in this case, the emission trade will support You to built a new high efficient lignit power plant. This will be written off 2050.

960 million EUR furtherance for a new 500 MW lignit power plant. Unbelievable, but the numbers do not lie.

The emission trade creates complete wrong profitabilities and is so destructive for the climate. Old structures are reinforced for decades.

The necessary change to a new energy system is so not accelerated, but prevented.

  Tax reform with 100.-EUR per ton CO2


On the other hand, at the first step of the tax reform, 100.-EUR per ton CO2 and area usage tax for CO2 permanent disposal sites destroy any profitability for new coal power plants.

  In development countries is the scooter often the single vehicle of the family. 10,000 km per year are usual. The emission trading is for this to bureaucratic.


Electric car by emission trading
  Special in sunny contries is photovoltaic cheaper than diesel or gasoline. Only the high price of electric cars is a problem.


Coal power plant in emission trade
  The emission trade promotes coal power plants. Economic calculation when a very old lignig power plant with 1200g CO2/kWh is replaced by a high efficient with 900g CO2/kWh
